Peach_and_snap_pea_grain_bowl
Ingredients 2 eggs 4oz Sugar Snap Peas 1 peach 1 shallot 1 oz dried dates 2 Tbsp Sliced Almond 1/2c semi-pearled faro 4oz grape tomatoes mint (garnish) 1 Tbsp red wine vinegar 1 1/2 oz feta cheese 1 Tbsp Coriander (original asked for Ras El Hanout) cook! cook the farro Boil salted water add ferro add coriander cook 18-20 min drain combine in a bowl halved tomato diced peach vinegar 1/2 tsp olive oil S&P marinate 10mins or more cook shallot and peas Cook shallot (well) add peas.
General tso tofu
ingredients 14oz extra firm tofu 2 scallions 2 cloves garlic 1 inch garlic 1/4 cup cornstarch 1c rice 10 oz Baby bok choy (2 bunches) 4oz sugar snap peas sesame oil trader joes general tso sauce cook! cook the rice! in my rice cooker…. 1c rice fill to the “1” line with water press start :) drain tofu line plate with paper towel compress tofu with heavy pan 10 mins at least.
