Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • paprika (garnish)

Cook!

  1. make hard boiled eggs
    1. cover eggs with water
    2. Bring to a boil over high heat
    3. remove from heat ; cover
    4. let sit 15 mins
    5. run under cold water
  2. slice eggs in half
  3. yokes into a bowl
    1. smash with a fork
  4. add mayo, vinegar, and mustard
  5. mix
  6. spoon into white halves
