Ingredients

  • 5 Garlic Cloves
  • 2 large onions
  • 2 medium carrots
  • 1 28oz can whole tomatoes
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 15oz can crushed tomatoes
  • 2 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 c sour cream

Cook!

  1. smash garlic, cut onions, peel and cut carrots
  2. drain the liquid from the whole tomatoes, reserve.
  3. cook the garlic, onion, and carrots. 8-10 mins
  4. add paprika and coat vegies.
  5. add tomatoes
    1. cook until tomatoes begin to burst. 8-10 mins
  6. add crushed tomatoes, reserved juices, Worcestershire sauce and 1 cup of water.
    1. cook 8-10 mins
  7. Puree!
  8. stir 1/4 cup of soup into sour cream. Then add to pot.
  9. season to taste.
