Ingredients⌗
- 5 Garlic Cloves
- 2 large onions
- 2 medium carrots
- 1 28oz can whole tomatoes
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 15oz can crushed tomatoes
- 2 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 c sour cream
Cook!⌗
- smash garlic, cut onions, peel and cut carrots
- drain the liquid from the whole tomatoes, reserve.
- cook the garlic, onion, and carrots. 8-10 mins
- add paprika and coat vegies.
- add tomatoes
- cook until tomatoes begin to burst. 8-10 mins
- add crushed tomatoes, reserved juices, Worcestershire sauce and 1 cup of
water.
- cook 8-10 mins
- Puree!
- stir 1/4 cup of soup into sour cream. Then add to pot.
- season to taste.
